  • How do I book a package with Milkround?

    Either book one of our packages via our Recruiter Services portal, or simply give us a call. After talking through your requirements thoroughly, we will provide you with a bespoke solution. We'll then provide you with a booking form and copy requirements. Once we get the booking form and copy back, we can get you live on site within 24 hours.

  • How do I create a recruiter account?

    To create an account, please follow this link and select the ‘Register new customer’ tab. Fill out all required fields and click submit. This will then take you to your recruiter dashboard where you can buy job credits.

  • How do I log in?

    To log in as a recruiter, please follow this link and select the ‘Sign in’ tab.

  • I have forgotten my password or am having trouble logging in.

    Please follow this link and select the ‘Forgotten password’ link. You will be prompted to provide the email address you registered with and you will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that we require separate logins for our jobseeker and recruiter services.

  • When will my job ad go live?

    Job adverts go live after payment confirmation during the following times based on 24 hour clock UK time.

    Jobs advertised Monday - Friday between:

    • 00:00 - 07:59 = 11:00 same day
    • 08:00 - 17:00 = within 3 hours
    • 17:01 - 23:59 = 11:00 next working day

    For first time customers who pay online, we need to carry out some security checks before jobs go live. If it is not possible to verify this from the information provided, we will contact customers to request further information. This may delay the time it takes for jobs to go live.

    You will be notified by email when your job adverts have gone live on Milkround.

  • How long do my job credits last for?

    When you buy a job, you have 1 month to post it. Remember to use it within that time, or it will expire. You can check the expiry date of your job credits by logging into your recruiter account using this link.

  • How do I get a VAT receipt for online payments?

    You will receive an email receipt to the address you registered your account with once you complete your transaction. Please print this out and retain this for your records.
