Terms and Conditions

Please read this carefully. By using Milkround Recruiters - Direct you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

  1. 1. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (“validity period”). However, if additional credits are purchased no later than 30 days prior to the end of the validity period, any remaining credits will be rolled to the validity period of the newly purchased credit.
  2. 2. Credits will be utilised each time you post a new job. A credit will allow your job to be live for a period of 2 weeks. The 2 week period must run consecutively – it can’t be broken into smaller time periods. We will consider any substantive change to the advertisement to constitute a new job, including changes to the job description, job title. We will have the final say on whether a change is substantial and requires a new payment.
  3. 3. No refunds are available for any unused credit, whether before or after the end of the validity period for that credit, except in the following circumstances.
  4. a. you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the credit, and you have not yet used the credit, or
  5. b. if the system failed (eg. Payment taken in error) or
  6. c. we failed to meet our service levels set out in paragraph 4 (in which case we will refund only the credit relating to that advertisement). If any of the above circumstances occur please contact Milkround Recruiters – Direct on 020 3003 4000 or via email at support@milkround.com.
  7. 4. We will not publish your advertisement until we have reviewed it. We will review your advertisement and either publish the advertisement or provide feedback within 1 working day. Every time you make a change to an advertisement, we will review it within 1 working day. While we are reviewing your advertisement, it will not be publicly available.
  8. 5. Even though we will review your advertisement, it is your responsibility to ensure that the advertisement is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. 6. You must purchase credits prior to publishing an advertisement – we will not publish without prior payment.
  10. 7. Your advertisements must comply with any specification that we list on the website from time to time.
