A job credit needs to be purchased to allow you to advertise a vacancy on Milkround. One job credit enables an advert to be live on our site for 14 days.

This includes your vacancy advertised on our website, your branded company profile and a targeted email to our database of up to 700,000 students and graduates. Each vacancy will be linked to your branded company profile page.

Your company profile should provide a brief overview of your company, E.g. the history behind the business and ambitions for the future, as well as the culture of your organisation. This is an opportunity for you to differentiate yourself from your competitors and highlight the benefits of working for your company.

When you create your company profile there is an option to upload your logo. Just click browse and upload from your computer. All files must be in gif format with the following dimensions; 160x70 pixels. If you wish to change your logo, sign in to your account and select ‘edit company profile’.

Your logo will be displayed alongside your company profile and your vacancies on site.

A good advert should be detailed but succinct. You should include a general overview of the role, main responsibilities and the person specifications. Try to keep it tailored to the role and not too generic to ensure the most relevant applications.

When entering your advert copy on the job advert page, there are formatting options available to you such as bold, italics and underline. Feel free to paste your copy into the table, however please make sure you don’t paste tables into the box as they will not display on our website.

Before being published, each advert is sent to our Client Support team to authorise the copy. All adverts will be authorised within one working day. If your advert has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that your vacancy has gone live. In the event that your advert has been declined, one of our Client Support team will be in contact with you.

Each advert will be posted for 14 days. After this period you can choose to re-publish your advert in 14 day blocks. You can do this by selecting copy against the required advert on the company dashboard page.

When you access your company dashboard you can view how many times your job adverts have been viewed as well as your advert click through rates. You can also check the status of your adverts.

You can access your statistics by signing in and visiting your company dashboard.
